Families: your first wrestler registers here; each additional wrestler registers in Sibling Monthly Dues ($75/mo). If you train with us regularly and want discounts on private/small-group practices, this is what you want. Beginner practices focus on wrestling fundamentals, stance, shots, sprawling, bottom and top basics. Introduction to live wrestling. Wrestling related games. Please consider bringing a water bottle.
