Families: your first wrestler registers here; each additional wrestler registers in Sibling Monthly Dues ($75/mo). If you train with us regularly and want discounts on private/small-group practices, this is what you want. Intermediate practices focus on skills development, introducing high level technique, and improving athleticism. Please consider bringing a water bottle.
